Happy Holidays Everyone!

Hey There Ladies - We'll postpone the walking group through the holidays.
It just gets too stinkin' cold and windy this time of year. So, to avoid the sniffles and earaches we'll begin again in early Spring. I hope everyone has an amazing holiday season and we look forward to getting back walking with you soon. - Amy and Savannah M.

This weeks get together ...

Is it Wednesday already - Sheesh, where has the week gone?
The forecast said Breezy for today and Windy for tomorrow. It is howling outside right now. So, I'm thinking that we're going to stay inside again. It may be my 'first time Mom paranoia' but, I'm really trying to be as cautious as possible and not expose my baby girl to getting sick. So sorry to any of you planning to meet tomorrow. Today's Walk - Cancelled

Hey Ladies - My little sugar plum woke up this morning sneezing like crazy. So, in order to not make it worse we'll be staying out of the cold today. So sorry! Have a beautiful day and let's plan on next Thursday to get together to walk.

Next Mamas Walk - Thursday, October 23rd

Hey There Mamas -
I just want to say what a great time Savannah and I are having getting together on a regular basis and walking! It's so great to get out of the house to walk with other Moms. Next Get Together - Wednesday, Oct. 15th

We'll be getting together at Cabezon Park again to walk at 10AM on Wednesday, October 15th. Feel free to join us. I know Wednesdays don't work for everyone but, this week is kinda hectic and it's the only day available for me. I'll certainly try to do a Tues. or Thurs. next week and post as soon as I know which is best. Have an amazing week!

So much fun in the park ...

On October 8th we had a great group to walk. 3 Adults and 5 Kiddos. We didn't do as much walking as usual. We found a great spot on the grass and watched the kids play and chated. They took off their shoes and splashed in the tiny puddle next to the picnic table - Too Cute!

October 8th Get Together ...

Hey Mamas! Our next get together will be on Wednesday, October 8th at 12:30 PM
We'll have a Picnic Lunch at Haines Park (across from Intel).
Bring a blanket to lounge on and a sack lunch for you and your kiddo. The best place to park is in the south parking lot near the pool. There are lots of big trees there so we should have some nice shade. There are several Moms that are interested in coming so, we'll hopefully have a great turnout. Feel free to invite any other stay at home moms that you think would be interested.

Coffee Get Together Reminder ...

Hey Minglin' Mamas and Mini Minglers. Just a reminder about the Coffee Mingler this coming Tuesday at 12:30 at Flying Star on Alameda and 448. Let me know who's coming so I can reserve enough chairs. I'd ideally like to sit outside - it's been beautiful weather lately and Vitamin D is fabulous for the body, mind and spirit. Hope you can make it! I've had several Mom's interested so, it should be a great turnout. All events posted on this blog are kiddo friendly! The idea is to get together with other stay at home mom's and to create new friendships. Feel free to invite your stay at home mom friends. Also, I'm up for suggestions on outings so, if there is something you'd like to get a group of moms and kiddos together for, let me know. We'll post a get together blog. Have a beautiful day!

Let's Get Together!

Hey Mamas - While the weather is still somewhat warm I thought it would be great to do a little walking or a picnic lunch or meet for coffee. So, get your strollers ready and pack a lunch for you and baby and let's get together. Don't forget to bring a blanket to sit on for the picnic lunch.

meeting at the Park at Cabezon (grass is flooded - park closed)

Wednesday, Sept. 24th at 12:30 pm - Walk and Picnic Lunch
